In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will be:

  • Interpret day-to-day business objectives and prepare operational practices and work programs.
  • Identify, document, and review opportunities for team improvement in procedures, processes, and standards to gain cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Meet with project managers on large or complex projects to determine the format, plan the project timeframe, and estimate the project overtime needs.
  • Ensure efficient communication with counterparts, other divisions, entities, and factories by delivering factual data, reports, and information on time, thereby maintaining an accurate perception of the capability and performance of the teams in Manila.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to provide updated, real-time business results and operations status.
  • Ensure that service level agreements, key performance indicators, and other metrics are met or exceed targets, showing positive operations results.
  • Perform staffing projections complementing work volume growth and forecast.

You anticipate customer needs and provide services that exceed customer expectations. You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are outstanding at spotting and seizing opportunities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Business, or related courses.
  • At least 10 years of extensive experience in Accounts Payable.
  • 8 years of Managerial Accounting experience, including management of accounts payable or other accounting team.
  • Knowledge, insight, and experience in complex multi-currency and multi-company accounting processes.
  • Knowledge of the legal and statutory filing requirements and significant differences in tax legislation.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
