MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinates with Asset Owners and Stakeholders on extracts information from databases or systems to come up with the Asset Condition Report.

2. Ensures accuracy and reliability of asset data submitted to MWSS-Regulatory Office, Finance Department, and Legal and Regulatory Division are within the Asset Condition Reporting (ACR) framework and compliant with the Concession Agreement. Immediately report and initiate necessary action/s whenever errors are found.

3. Creates an analytical reports on the asset conditions, performances, and confidence grades.

4. Coordinates with the end-users in different business units in the preparation and management of maintenance-related asset data in CMMS.

5. Handles sensitive and confidential asset management information. 6. Conducts internal auditing and computation validations on the ACR 7. Assist the ADA Head in creating the Executive Summary of ACR 8. Does other tasks as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM EDUCATION

Data Science Graduate or Asset Management practitioners will be an advantage. Graduate of Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Information System or Business Analytics. Licensed Engineer (preferably license in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering), Computer Science.

WORK EXPERIENCE

With 3-5 year related working experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Proficient in MS Office

Knowledgeable in CAD

High problem solving and business acumen skills

Strong leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent people management skills

Excellent presentation skills

Experience in supervising projects and team activities

Knowledgeable on the various asset information systems such as the Geographic Information System (GIS),

SAP-EAM, and the like Knowledgeable in Computerized

Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is an advantage Knowledgeable in asset

management system or any related management system especially ISO management system is an advantage
