Megawide Group seeks an innovator and result-driven MEPF Supervisor to oversee and manage various aspects of construction projects to ensure quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Construction Preparations:
    • Meet with clients and peer reviewers to suggest and provide comments on MEPF works during the design phase for design & build projects.
    • Review construction drawings to generate RFI and RFA to make changes if needed.
    • Create proposals and recommendations to ensure quality and efficiency of designs/plans.
    • Review and familiarize with contract scope deliverables for the project, and verify if these are aligned with construction drawings.
    • Supervise preparation for BOQ and quantity take-off.
    • Prepare drawings and documents necessary for utility applications for temporary facilities and construction.
  • Preparation of Subcon Billings for MEPF works:
    • Review and evaluate sub-con billings and claims for MEPF works.
    • Check and reconcile change orders on MEPF activities with clients.
    • Submit project accomplishment reports of MEPF to planning engineers for client billing.
  • Execution and Monitoring of Activities:
    • Supervise all activities for all trades of MEPF accomplishment, and ensure timely delivery of output.
    • Provide catch-up schedules and strategies when needed.
    • Check and evaluate material and site request forms.
    • Supervise and respond to all technical difficulties that may arise during project execution, in coordination with consultants and designers.
    • Monitor productivity and schedule of admin/subcon manpower.
    • Maintain project site continuous power and water supply to avoid hindering operations.
Job Qualifications:
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in the Construction Industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, highly organized, and assertive.
  • Analytical, decisive, keen on details, and possesses excellent people/project management skills.
  • Willing to work in Paranaque City.
