IT Supervisor

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead our IT Service Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our on-premise and cloud servers, ensuring performance within SLA, high availability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Ensure the Windows environment is secure, up-to-date, and optimally configured.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven minimum 2-3 experience in an IT Service Management position.
• Extensive experience with managing on-premise and cloud servers, networking, Windows systems, and cybersecurity.
