Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and peer reviewers to optimize MEPF works during the design phase for design & build projects.
  • Review construction drawings to generate RFIs and RFAs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop proposals and recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency of designs and plans.
  • Verify contract scope deliverables align with construction drawings and ensure compliance.
  • Supervise preparation of BOQs and quantity take-offs.
  • Prepare necessary drawings and documents for utility applications and construction.
  • Review and evaluate sub-con billings and claims for MEPF works.
  • Check and reconcile change orders on MEPF activities with clients.
  • Submit project accomplishment reports to planning engineers for client billing.
  • Supervise all MEPF activities, ensuring timely delivery and output.
  • Provide catch-up schedules and strategies as needed.
  • Monitor productivity and schedule of admin/subcon manpower.
  • Maintain project site power and water supply to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Electronics & Communication Engineer
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Construction Industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, highly organized, and assertive
  • Analytical, decisive, keen on details, and possesses excellent people/project management skills
  • Willing to work in Paranaque City
