Job Description: About the Role:

We are looking for an IT Compliance & Security Analyst who loves a fast-paced, lively work environment. You'll join the IT Security Compliance Operations team and collaborate closely with departments like Finance, Legal, Sales Operations, Vendor Management, Audit, and HR.

The Security Compliance team manages IT SOX controls, GRC workflows, audits, OFAC, and security operations. This role focuses on supporting audits, conducting compliance reviews, evaluating technology controls, and being a compliance expert for the business. You'll work on various compliance initiatives like SOX, SOC2, FedRamp, ISO, NIST, and GDPR.

The ideal candidate is positive, hardworking, self-directed, and naturally curious. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of security frameworks are crucial for success. What you do every day:
  • Ensure compliance with international sanctions regulations.
  • Verify due diligence in IT systems and applications changes.
  • Evaluate security controls during external audits.
  • Participate in internal controls walkthroughs with auditors.
  • Enhance control efficiency, design, and security through collaboration with various departments.
  • Conduct user access reviews.
  • Take ownership of control areas and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Assess new system implementations.
What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in IT audit, information security, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Strong understanding of IT audits, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with security concepts.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new applications.
