As a Fintech SaaS Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong, long-term partnerships with our clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business needs, identifying opportunities for additional value, and ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our SaaS solutions. This role requires a combination of relationship-building skills, financial industry expertise, and a deep understanding of our product offerings to deliver exceptional service and drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and end-users.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on how to maximize the value of our Fintech SaaS solutions to achieve their business objectives.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, usage patterns, and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to address client needs, resolve issues, and drive product enhancements.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement account plans and engagement strategies to drive client retention and mitigate churn risks.
  • Coordinate client onboarding and training activities, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of our SaaS solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to provide informed guidance and insights to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, business reviews, and other communications to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and opportunities in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track progress and facilitate reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements, with experience working in banking, fintech, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on driving value and results.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to anticipate and address client needs effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other sales and productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
