JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:

WW ISS HARDWARE

• Validates the completeness and accuracy of the quotes and approves them in D365/Experlogix.

• Interprets and identifies quotes with errors and collaborates with the corresponding business owners.

• Performs specific transactions related to Vistex Agreements and SAP contracts involving the verification, validation and approval of quotes in D365/Experlogix within the framework of established systems and procedures.

WW ISS SOFTWARE

• Validates the completeness and accuracy of software opportunities and approves them in D365 then send them to SAP for contract creation.

• Creates manual contract for Channel Requests.

• Creates SMSA Renewals and Access Via contracts.

• Creates/Updates Software Contracts for LFM and CPM requests.

• Creates Sold To for ISS Software Opportunities.

• Work with Business Operations to support operational issues impacting the business.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This role involves the daily review and assignment of the Quote Approvals queue in Dynamics. It requires thorough checking of quote details such as validity period, quote category, sales organization, currency, partner, partner setup, account name, material number or financial part number, price, pay-out percentage and budgeted amount.
  The role also involves ensuring the accuracy of the quote based on established guidelines/processes and procedures. If any information is missing or incorrect, the role requires communication with the account owner for clarification.
• Involves in liaising with other business teams for integration issues and approving the quote in Dynamics, daily monitoring of the gap's tracker (integration errors), checking and validating the quote with error and fixing it if within the scope of the role.
• The role requires attending to D365 cases received through the Quotes Analysts queue, responding within 24 hours and ensuring issues/concerns are resolved before closing the case, attending to Software Sold To requests from TPMs for new accounts and for Sold To Updates, validating the Software Opportunity associated to the Sold To request and coordinating with the TPM/Requester once Sold To is already available or for clarification on their request.
• Requires manual creation and update of Vistex Agreement and SAP Contract, pulling monthly SMSA reports, creating SMSA renewal contract and sending it to TPM, attending to request from Reps for account setup of Partners in Vistex Portal, updating Vistex Portal account setup for existing partners if there are any changes, and preparing reports for scorecard purposes to Manager.
• Ensures Vistex Agreements/SAP Contracts/ Experlogix Quotes are complete and in accordance with process and procedures, providing back-up and supports to internal customers in the absence of a colleague, actively participating in trainings and meetings initiated by strategy leads and by the company, assuming additional responsibilities & task that may be assigned, providing updated desktop procedure and necessary training for new colleague, and participating in projects for continuous improvement.

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

• Displays and understands the E2E Quote process and its importance to the O2C and Lead To Contract operations of the company.

• Demonstrates knowledge of the end to end process of quote creation in D365/Experlogix.

• Understands the impact to Vistex and SAP.

• Demonstrates basic understanding of the concept of quotes management.

• Demonstrates the ability to communicate in a manner that is concise and coherent with negligible errors in grammar and pronunciation.

• Understands stakeholder expectations and objectives.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of any 4-year business related course.

• With 1 year work experience.
