Position Overview

This position will report to Global Marketing where they will be assigned to an existing Data Quality Program. The resource will work as part of a team, collaborating with English speaking resources from different parts of the world. They will be required to understand English, speak English very well. The overall role is to perform analysis on bFO (bridge Front Office) data improving the data quality. They will perform a data cleanup and an ongoing maintenance to keep Key Accounts updated. This type of resource should be very detailed oriented and have the ability to perform web searches to validate key information that will be captured in bFO.

The Data Quality function will focus on bFO Account Hierarchy Cleaning for Key Account Types (Strategic Accounts, Multi-Country Targeted, etc.). Additional tasks related to maintaining clean Account Data Quality will be part of this job. This position will be working with SE Employees globally, from all levels of the organization. Comprehensive and Professional communication is key.

  • Ability to search the web for customer information and comprehend an organizations address and or relationships to subsidiaries
  • Ability to work in a team environment with limited supervision
  • Self-driven and motivated resource
  • Will be required to work with our common CRM system ) and have an understanding to sales processes enabled by our tool
  • Ability to run reports, interpret report filters, create filter logic, etc.
  • A sound understanding or ability to learn sales process such as Account Management, Opportunity Management, Activity Management, Quote Management, Order Management, Coaching Management.

Non-essential Job Functions

  • Writing white papers or training materials, how to guides or presentations on topics
  • Knowledge in best practices or data quality area
Qualifications

Qualifications

· University/College Degree

· Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes

· Must be willing to host or attend early calls or calls late into the evening (depends on location as we are a global team)

· Must be able to speak, read and write English

· MS Excel experience / knowledge – intermediate

· Python and SQL knowledge are a plus but not required
