The Process Analyst's primary role is to assist in devising & designing business process requirements for business, financial, and operations critical to core organizational functions. They take the lead role in documenting these business processes. This includes researching and analyzing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, process optimization, quality assurance and system requirements. They are responsible for proactively generating and documenting processes based on his or her findings, complete with recommended improvements to, or new requirements for, business processes and operational procedures. They apply proven process requirements methodologies, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. They conduct research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues. They drive collaboration with global internal stakeholders to improve business operations. They work closely with the operations in determining resource capacity requirements.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in defining, developing and improving processes in area of business responsibility.
• Document, maintain and govern key processes, documents and process flow maps.
• Create content for inclusion in training package and deliver training globally as needed.
• Collaborate, communicate and demonstrate effective team work to conduct process responsibilities
• Become the focal point/escalation point when process issues arise. Drive key projects and manage change into the business for process improvements that add value to the customer.
• Review, analyze and evaluate process performance for improvement initiatives.
• Engage directly with internal and external key stakeholders and customers in the geos/countries to seek information and gather requirements
• Engage directly with IT for system improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with operations manager in determining resource capacity requirements.
• Provide resource capacity analysis to the operations manager.
• Conduct working sessions with cross-functional working teams to define the as-is and should-be states.
• Identify root cause of process issues and propose corrective actions to prevent or control recurrence.
• Drive standard, consistent processes throughout the business.
• Both identify the need for the change and respond to the needs as identified by key stakeholders
• Works closely with GsPL/GPL in define key metrics, control points, and success criteria to track standard process adoption and compliance.
• Monitor implemented methodologies, processes, procedures and best practices for adoption and compliance.

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
• Experience leading projects that required working with multi-disciplined teams; experience working with world-wide teams preferred
• Excellent understanding of analytical tools and project management tools. Must have MS Project, Visio and MS Office experience
• Experience in developing and documenting processes
• Experience in defining, monitoring, and reporting key metrics
• Experience in gathering and soliciting business/process/customer requirements
• Strong teaching and communication skills
• Ability to present and demonstrate complex procedures to diverse groups at various skill levels
• Demonstrated ability to apply a systematic approach to problem solving; Lean / Six Sigma experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge on how to document current and future state business/transactional processes
• Strong project management skills; certification preferred
• Must speak, read and understand English language fluently

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• BA/BS degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent. Master's degree in Business Administration a plus.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years operational experience in data analysis/management and the delivery of operations through use of technology solutions including the use of Enterprise Resource Planning solutions.
• Experience with transactional operations execution to defined service level agreements and quality

• Reports to the O2C 2nd Line Manager and functionally with the Global Sub-process Owners
• Works with Worldwide and Geography Operations Managers, Business Systems Analysts, Senior Specialists, Global Process Lead
• Interfaces with: Quotes Management, Pricing and Claims; Order To Deliver; Invoicing; Invoice To Cash; Supply Chain; Treasury; Services Business Operations, Customer Operations, Finance CAREER PROGRESSION:
• Operations Manager, Business Systems Analyst 3rd Line Manager 2nd Line Manager Process Analyst
