  • Job Description:
  • The Service Desk Analyst role entails handling Level 1 calls and providing technical support to user inquiries via call or email. Responsibilities also include producing Quality Audit Reports on weekly calls and ensuring thorough ticket updates.
  • Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:
  • - Manage first-line incidents, triage, troubleshoot, and escalate to higher support levels if necessary.- Support Service Request and Restoration Management Level 1
  • Requirements:
  • - Fluent in Finnish and proficient in written and verbal English communication- Detail-oriented with proficient computer and technical skills- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping abilities- Proactive, service-oriented, with multitasking skills- Good interpersonal skills and a relevant degree qualification.
