The primary role of the Service Desk Analyst includes fielding Level 1 Calls and delivering Level 1 Technical Support to user inquiries, whether received via call or email.

The assigned resource is also responsible for generating Quality Audit Reports on the weekly calls received by the team and ensuring thorough documentation and updates on all tickets.

Your future duties and responsibilities:


- Handling initial incidents, involving triage, troubleshooting, and resolution when feasible, as well as escalating tickets to 2nd/3rd line support teams or third-party providers when necessary.
- Supporting Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management at Level 1.

Required qualifications for success in this role:
  • Fluency in Finnish and adeptness in written and verbal communication in English.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer and technical skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in process mapping.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (empathy, communication proficiency, etc.).
  • Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Philippines.
