Summary:

Under the direction of the General Manager Cruise and the Cruise Product Executive, the Cruise Product Support Coordinator is responsible for maintaining Cruise Fares in our Cruise booking engine and providing additional assistance to the Cruise Product team as required.

They will be responsible for loading cruise pages, booking engine links and cruise deal packages on to the web site, loading & maintaining costing sheets and other cruise sales support material

Detailed Job Description:

Maintain cruise fare information in to our B2B cruise booking engine. Including rate code customization, rate code filters and manage from price caching Provide general support to the Product Team including special projectsManaging priorities of workloadEnsuring deadlines are metEnsuring a high level of accuracy and productivity is maintained across all destinationsKnowledge, Skill-set and Experience Required:Knowledge of the process of travel product procurement and what is required by frontline travel consultants to achieve cruise salesKnowledge and experience of wholesale travel processConfident excel skillsExceptional attention to detail and quality controlBe website savvy, including back-end loadingExceptional communication Relationship development skills in a remote working environmentStrong time management and be able to work autonomously Ability to multi-taskFocused on task completion to meet deadlinesWhat We Offer:Leave accrual upon hiringHMO for principal + 1 dependentSpecific client-initiated benefitsCompany-wide engagement activitiesA company that values its employeesCareer planning and development opportunities
