As Data and Process Transformation Manager, you will be managing the implementation of Production Management tool and aligning operating processes to support business needs to seamlessly deliver production output, improve performance measure and support financial accuracy. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in project management and process analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-End Project Management and Implementation of Production Management (PM) tool for the entire Labrador group.
  • Conduct Current State review and analysis and Define the To-Be process design in alignment with the Global target system architecture.
  • Define and analyze interfaces between PM tool and the various systems from other functions like HubSpot (Sales CRM), NetSuite (Finance ERP), Lucca (HRIS), etc.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plan including scope, schedule, dependencies, etc. keeping plans updated through the project lifecycle.
  • Define and track deliverables throughout the project.
  • Engage with Leadership in a global environment to gain stakeholder alignment and present Project Status, Findings, and Results.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to seek inputs on requirements and to socialize status throughout Project duration.
  • Interact and maintain ongoing communication at the appropriate levels within the team as well as with the senior stakeholders and ensure everyone on the core implementation team understands their roles and responsibilities.
  • Undertake weekly project meetings, document and following-up on action plans and escalate when needed.
  • Build relationships with Production Operations and Vendor Implementation team to determine and resolve issues associated with project.
  • Ensure timely progress and achievement of project milestones and goals by coordinating different workstreams, identifying risks, troubleshooting and proposing mitigation plans.
  • Develop test plan for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop data migration plan and drive data migration from legacy system to new system before go-live.
  • Ensure that the project goes live smoothly, and any post-launch issues will be resolved promptly.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of dedicated project management experience in a multicultural and multi-site environment with business analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in job relevant field required.
  • Previous experience in Transformation work and Implementation projects including in Shared Service Centers.
  • Experience working with cross-functions and close coordination with business and IT teams.
  • Change management experience in technology projects.
  • Managing prior projects/programs with a significant number of stakeholders presenting to and communicating with Senior leadership.
  • Experience in data migration from legacy system to new system.
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience and ability to influence people
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-cultural, and high intensity environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving, attention to detail, self-motivating with continuous improvement mindset.
  • High learning agility. Ability to ask the right questions to ensure speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and planning skills with solid interpersonal skills.
  • High level of dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Experience in Adobe Workfront is a plus but not required.
