Are you a motivated leasing expert with excellent English skills? Our client is seeking a Remote Leasing Agent to handle inbound leads and close deals after hours. Be the driving force behind the scenes and make an impact from wherever you are

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Respond to all inbound leads via phone, email, or text, answering questions and scheduling tours, maximizing on sales potential
  • Promote the building's features, sell the community benefits, and deliver excellent customer service to prospective tenants.
  • Guide leads through the leasing process, from initial contact to the final paperwork.
  • Use property management software like Yardi and RealPage (OneSite) to keep accurate records and maintain the CRM.
  • Work after hours to accommodate U.S. off-hours and meet the needs of U.S.-based clients.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of U.S. real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
What We Need from You:
  • Prior experience as a leasing agent, meeting or exceeding sales goals, for a U.S.-based company.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Yardi and RealPage (OneSite) property management software.
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills to build trust and close leases.
  • Availability to work late hours to meet U.S. time zones.
