- AB Psychology or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resources Development Management graduate
- Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on benefits, compensation, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Assists in managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, and updating employee 201 files.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee timekeeping and compiling timesheet data for payroll reference.
- Prepares monthly tardiness monitoring reports.
- Maintains files of approved SL/VL forms, OB forms, and OT forms for future reference.
- Provides HR services such as talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits and programs, training and development, and succession planning.
- Ensures the implementation of the company handbook on Code and Conduct, manual on general rules and regulations, and updates thereof. Conducts investigations and implements corresponding penalties for violations.
- Ensures meticulous implementation of payroll and improves the current payroll system for easier automation, utilizing various tools for efficient payroll management.
- Directly addresses employee-employer relationship issues.
- Ensures compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Facilitates performance appraisals for all employees.
- Performs other tasks or instructions as given by the employer.
