What you'll do:

As the Operational Risk Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organisation's approach to managing operational risks. You will be tasked with designing a comprehensive framework for managing these risks, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and tools are in place for effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting a strong culture of risk awareness within the organisation. You will also collaborate closely with various stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure that our approach to managing operational risks aligns with best practices.

  • Design and maintain a comprehensive operational risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and tools to identify, assess, monitor, and report operational risks.
  • Oversee the identification and assessment of operational risks across all business units and processes.
  • Establish effective monitoring and reporting systems to track key operational risk indicators.
  • Lead the investigation and analysis of operational risk incidents.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and controls to reduce operational risk exposure.

  • Strong understanding of operational risk management frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven leadership experience with ability to build high-performing teams.
