Company Overview :

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Head to lead our IT operations and infrastructure across our head office and multiple branches.

Position Overview :

The IT Head will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems, managing the infrastructure, and overseeing IT operations across our diverse network of branches. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of IT professionals, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure the security and efficiency of our technology environment.

Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Management :

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Manage hardware, software, networks, and other technology resources to support day-to-day operations.

IT Operations :
  • Lead and coordinate IT support teams to provide timely resolution of technical issues for head office and branch locations.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance user experience.
  • Monitor system performance and implement measures to ensure high availability and reliability.
System Administration :
  • Manage and administer critical business applications, databases, and servers.
  • Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership :
  • Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities.
Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience (8-10 years) in a leadership role overseeing IT infrastructure and operations.
· Strong knowledge of financial industry technology requirements and compliance standards.
· Experience in managing IT teams and implementing ITIL or similar best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
