This equilibrium is achieved through a thorough examination of the impact of risks against the organization's defined risk appetite. By carefully weighing the potential repercussions, the role ensures that risk management measures are not overly restrictive but rather calibrated to align with the broader goals and objectives of the business.
Furthermore, the incumbent in this position acts as a decision-maker for operational risk management activities. Their decisions are informed by a deep understanding of the organization's risk landscape, and they play a crucial role in guiding the implementation of strategies to manage and mitigate risks effectively. Overall, this role serves as a linchpin in fostering a risk-aware culture, where strategic decisions are made with a clear understanding of the associated risks and their impact on the organization's objectives.

OUR DETAILED SERVICES INCLUDE:
Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.
Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).
Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
