DETAILED TASKS AND/OR EXPECTED OUTPUT

Training Program Development and Delivery

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Business owners, ITD project and development teams, Client Services, Adoption and Change Management teams, BPMSD Culture and Talent Division) to identify and address knowledge and skills gaps among IT users.
  • Design and develop comprehensive IT training programs incorporating eLearning and instructor-led training approaches.
  • Create training materials, including course outlines, presentations, participant guides, exercise sheets and assessment tools.
  • Ensure that training materials align with industry best practices and organizational standards.
  • Conduct instructor-led training sessions, including orientation briefings, webinars, road shows and coaching to management and staff as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage eLearning platforms and virtual training sessions.
  • Continuously improve training delivery methods and techniques based on participant feedback and emerging trends.
  • Oversee the delivery of training programs in a blended learning environment, ensuring effective transfer of knowledge and skills
  • Lead a team of IT trainers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
  • Assign responsibilities, set performance goals, and monitor the performance of trainers
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Establish metrics and methodologies to assess the effectiveness of training programs
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback and ratings to gauge training outcomes
  • Use evaluation results to refine and enhance training content and delivery
  • Provide periodic reports on the implementation of the training program across all IT projects and products
  • Perform other tasks and ad hoc activities that may be assigned from time to time
  • Strong understanding of IT initiatives, digital transformation, and change management principles.

Training Resource Management

  • Assist in the planning and monitoring of trainers, ensuring effective utilization of training resources
  • Coordinate with relevant groups on the allocation of resources for training programs
  • Identify and recommend cost-effective training solutions without compromising quality

Performance Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting

  • Monitor the performance of IT trainers, providing feedback, guidance, and support as needed
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among the training team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
  • Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs, web-based training development, and asynchronous learning content
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Familiarity with IT project management and change management methodologies and tools

Minimum General Experience 15 Years

Minimum Specific Experience (relevant to assignment) 5 Years
