DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares request for payment (RFP)
  • Assist in routing of checks to authorize signatories
  • Facilitates releasing and monitoring of signed checks
  • Prepares monitoring of released and unreleased checks
  • Maintain and monitor the inventory of all office supplies and orders as needed and office equipment
  • Maintains filing and monitoring of monthly remittance to BIR like EWT, VAT, Annual
  • Registration fee and ITR
  • Answers, screens and transfer as needed inbound phone calls and handles customer concerns and queries
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by Finance Manager from time to time
