Job Description

Overview of the Training Program

Rotation-Based Learning: Participate in a series of rotational assignments (in eighteen months) across different departments and global locations, including but not limited to marketing, strategy, digital, and sales. Gain a holistic perspective of our organisation and develop a broad range of skills and knowledge.

Project Management: Take ownership of challenging projects and initiatives aligned with our strategic priorities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct research, analyse data, and develop innovative solutions to address complex business challenges. Contribute to projects with a global impact, focusing on sustainable growth, social responsibility, and operational excellence.

Learning and Development: Engage in comprehensive training programs tailored to your individual development needs. Enhance your technical skills, leadership capabilities, and global mindset through workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and mentoring relationships with senior executives.

Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds. Foster meaningful relationships, build networks, and leverage the expertise of professionals across the organisation. Engage in international projects and contribute to a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and teamwork.

Performance Evaluation: Receive regular feedback and performance evaluations from mentors, supervisors, and project leads. Leverage these insights to continuously enhance your skills, address development areas, and maximize your potential.

The Successful Applicant

You are perfect for this opportunity if:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in an FMCG setting in either a sales, digital, or marketing role
  • Personal care, food, pharmaceutical, and alcohol industries are highly welcome
  • Experienced in taking part of a Graduate/Management Trainee Program is a plus
  • Top graduate of a reputable university with strong academic standing and leadership crendetials
  • Must be willing to travel locally and globally
  • Must be comfortable with working in a tobacco company
