Job Description
The Executive Communications and Project Lead provides high-level and comprehensive executive, administrative, and development support to the Office of the CEO. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, overseeing a variety of special projects and initiatives. This role demands a proactive approach, critical thinking, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality

What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Journalism, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in corporate communications and executive support.
- Experience working with foreign clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn firm-specific software.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, adaptability, and proactivity.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization, including: designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; drafting, editing and reviewing e-mail correspondences and company-wide or client-specific communications.
- Provide information management support by transcribing, formatting, editing and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Own and manage special projects as assigned by the Executive Support Manager. This could include anything from planning and executing company-wide initiatives and or preparing for a presentation.
- Work with the Executive Team and Department Managers to support the execution of strategies and projects to successful completion, both as an Executive Communications and Project Lead and as an active contributor to shape the customer and employee experience of the company.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Office of the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO's style and organization policy.
- Work closely and effectively with the Executive Support Manager for upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
