Job purpose
Resource will be part of Reporting and Visualization team (Digital Transformation Services).
Duties and responsibilities
- Understand customer issues, diagnose problems, design solutions, and facilitate deployment of projects that contribute to unit level and organizational initiatives.
- Plan and monitor resource deployment to ensure budget assumptions and compliance.
- Implement training needs for TLs and own team to ensure competency development across operations.
- Implement quality plan, including control, assurance, and improvement.
- Conduct periodic reviews and monitor daily dashboard with own team, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery predictability.
- Review process compliance and sign off SOP changes.
Qualifications
- Education: Engineer Background with IT, Computers or any other field with relevant experience
- Skills:
- Hands on experience as a Digital Transformation Manager (5-7 years)
- Experience with customer service and service desk facets of an organization.
- Experience with design, proposal, and implementation of digital transformation projects.
- Professional Certification: Preferred – Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Experience: 5+ Years in Digital Transformation (end to end from idea generation, to creation, to deployment of process), 8+ years in process transformation
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC Taguig
- HMO for Employee and 2 Free Dependents (On Day 1)
- Quarterly performance bonus
