The Senior BA will work with the IDS and CMS2 teams and provide support in eliciting and documenting business and functional requirements.

Specifically, the business analyst will:

  • Conduct requirements elicitation and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in defining business processes in consultation with business users.
  • Document as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Develop necessary requirements document needed by the stakeholders.
  • Assist in designing and presenting potential solutions to stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops based on gathered requirements among stakeholders.
  • Support preparation of test cases, test scenarios and scripts, as necessary.
  • Coordinate with testing team and assist users with User Acceptance Testing.
  • Engage with vendor(s) for requirements elaboration, solution design and review, quality assurance and issue resolution.

The BA will work with his or her counterparts from business and technical side of new systems, including integration when needed, within the ecosystem.

The Senior BA will also closely coordinate with various departments and with vendors involved in the project.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course.
  • At least 8 years of solid experience in business analysis.
  • 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, financial services sector.
  • 5 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes.
  • 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications.
  • Must be conversant with project management lifecycle and systems development cycle.
  • Applied knowledge in both Waterfall and Agile Methodology
  • Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferably with knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Vendor management skills and experience are an advantage.
