Job Description

We need a skilled and qualified HR expert whose role is pivotal to any organization with a workforce. Responsible to recruit new employees according to specifications set out in a strategic plan, handle procedures concerning the hiring and training of new employees, managing payroll and benefits, and development of policies and guidelines.

Directly reports to President

Duties and Responsibilities

Employee Records/Assistance

  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
  • Maintains individual 201-file of all employees/staff including regular, probationary, contractual and consultants.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

Employee Selection, Hiring, Evaluation and Termination

  • Facilitates job vacancy advertisement.
  • Conducts job examination for the applicants.
  • Facilitates job interview by contacting applicants and setting up appointment with interviewer.
  • Conducts orientation of company policies and procedures with newly hired employees
  • Introduces newly hired employees to each department.
  • Collates final documents required from newly hired employees necessary for completion of hiring process.
  • Assists department heads in conduction periodic performance appraisal of employees.
  • Assists department heads in administering disciplinary action to erring employees.

Other Responsibilities

  • Performs other human resources-related tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time to time.

Educational requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field.
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY

Qualifications

  • Proficient with MS Office applications and HRIS tools
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process. Strong knowledge of government-mandated benefits, employment & labor law, benefits program administration, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, sound, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities
  • Superior attention to detail and has a proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
