Job Responsibilities:1. Analyzing and evaluating Advance Tier Special Accessing Entity (ATSAE) and Advance Outsource

Entity (AOE) monitoring checklist to identify areas for improvement.2. Continuous monitoring and weekly and monthly reporting of the criteria in the monitoring checklist.3. Assist the Department Head in developing, testing, and implementing third-party software solutions to

enhance system functionality and efficiency.4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in CIMSG to ensure seamless communication and address

ATSAE and AOE.5. Providing application support and assistance to end-users.6. Documenting system processes, procedures, and changes.7. Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in information systems.8. Update the Citizen Charter of the ATA Accreditation Process if there is any update.9. Assists in the conduct of periodic business process reviews.10. Adheres to the company policies and procedures.11. Adheres to the Technology and Operations policies and procedures.12. Adheres to the Information Security policies and procedures; and13. Performs other duties that may be required by the supervising head.
