Qualification Standards:Education: Bachelor of Science relevant to the job, preferably in Business Management or Administration Experience: At least one (1) year of experience relevant to the job, preferably in property and supply management Training: At least eight (8) hours of training relevant to the jobCompetencies: Analysis and Critical Thinking, Verbal and Written Communication, Computer and Technical Skills, Decision-Making, Research, Complete Staff Work, Customer Service and Relationship Building, Organization and Time Management, Flexibility and Adaptability, and Knowledge of Government Budgeting, Procurement, Property and Supply Management, Accounting, and Auditing RegulationsEligibility: Preferably with CS Professional Eligibility

Job Responsibilities:1. Manage, oversee, account, and maintain government properties, equipment, and supplies;2. Plan, program, and oversee the conduct of the repair and maintenance of government properties and

equipment;3. Receive, review, and process Requisition and Issuance Slips and Purchase Requests by operating

units;4. With the Inspection and Acceptance Committee, inspect, receive, and store properties, supplies, and

5. Create, update, and maintain records of the government properties, equipment, and supplies

procured, issued, unserviceable, and for disposal;6. Receive, review, prepare Inspection and Acceptance Report, and process billings and/or Statement

of Accounts of Purchase Orders and procurement contracts;7. Undertake, reconcile with accounting records, and render the report of the periodic physical inventory

of government properties, equipment, and supplies;8. Gather, prepare, and process the insurance of government properties and equipment; and 9. Provide administrative and secretariat support to the Inspection and Acceptance Committee as well

as the Physical Inventory Committee.
