Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Develeopment Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our foreign placement agency and BPO. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a hands-on approach to business development and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business documentation, standard operating procedures, business plan management, client contract administration, financial statement tracking, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and document all business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive business plans.

Administer and manage client contracts, ensuring compliance and efficient execution.

Track and balance financial statements, providing regular financial reports and insights.

Generate leads and identify new market opportunities to expand our client base.

Proactively bring new clients to the table and understand sales calls.

Work closely with two directors and the director of operations to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Provide strategic input and support to senior management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in BPO and foreign placement agency roles, strong background in HR is advantageous

Proven knowledge of business documentation, SOPs, and business plan management.

Strong understanding of client contract administration and compliance.

Proficiency in tracking and balancing financial statements.

Demonstrated experience in lead generation and market expansion.

Strong sales acumen and ability to understand and conduct sales calls.

Highly proactive, task-oriented, and organized.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Experience working in or with the Australian market is a plus.
