Business Development Manager

New Business Development:
· Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the market.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive analysis.
· Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.
· Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to generate new business leads.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals to meet client needs.
· Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.
Client Relationship Management:
· Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
· Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
· Work closely with the leadership team to define key growth initiatives and prioritize opportunities.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision making.
· Continuously evaluate and optimize business development processes and strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Networking and Industry Engagement:
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
· Build and maintain a strong professional network within the community.
· Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
· Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with other organizations to drive mutual growth.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
· Strong understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
· Self-motivated, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php50, Php100,000.00 per month
