Marketing Operations Specialist (AEM DAM) | Night Shift | Full time | Hybrid

Product Management & Development (Information & Communication Technology)

This role will be responsible for the organization, management, and optimization of digital assets within the client organization's library, focusing on leveraging Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to streamline asset workflows and enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional team members to develop new ways to create content asset protocols and processes that enhance brand experience.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital asset management strategy, including taxonomy development, metadata schema creation, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Organize digital assets within AEM according to established taxonomy and metadata standards, ensuring assets are easily searchable and accessible to authorized users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand asset usage requirements and develop workflows to support asset creation, ingestion, approval, and distribution processes.
  • Train internal users on best practices for asset management within AEM, including proper metadata tagging, version control, and asset reuse.

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience or education in fields of Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing digital assets using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong understanding of digital asset management principles, metadata standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in data analysis and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication and training skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team and to liaise with international clients.
  • Knowledge of integrating various digital tools and platforms.

Work set-up:

Hybrid (1-2x/week onsite)
Nightshift schedule (8PM-5AM)

Location: Silver City, Pasig
