Minimum Qualifications/ Experiences:

  • Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts or Food Service, or any Business related course
  • With at least 1-2 years experience in Kitchen Operations, Food Service, Storeroom Management, Sales, and Marketing
  • Can work long hours and in changing work shifts
  • Willing to do field work.

Your scope of duties and responsibilities shall include:

General :

  • Source ingredients and supplies from various suppliers, taking into consideration cost and quality.
  • Purchase / Order / Receive / Store Ingredients and supplies, ensuring quality and food safety.
  • Prepare , request or reserve venue, materials and manpower for the demo/recipe trial activity.
  • Test recipes and get standard information such as date of trial, photos, yields, number of servings, portion size, preparation time, cooking time.
  • Cook dishes based on approved recipes for food service and marketing activities.

Monitoring and Monthly Reports Preparation:

  • Monitor /Update inventory of raw materials and supplies to ensure enough stocks during marketing activities, Sales and Expense report, etc.

Maintenance and Upkeep of the Kitchen, Storage, and MSD materials

  • Keep food preparation area and food service equipment in good working condition to ensure work safety during operations.
