We are looking for a highly analytical thinker with an audience-first mindset for the role of Content Marketing Specialist. This person will be responsible for managing the overall success of the content marketing initiatives for Quorum International Inc. (Toby's Sports, runnr and urbanAthletics) The Content Marketing Supervisor will help develop and manage the content and email marketing strategy, facilitate ongoing content planning, manage day-to-day content creation, editing and promotion, and report on the results of each initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement creative marketing strategies to disseminate content that translate to sales and brand promotion.
  • Develop and execute effective data-based digital content strategies across various online platforms that drive traffic and engagement. This includes research and competitor analysis, content marketing plan preparation, editorial calendar creation, publishing and promoting content and performance monitoring and analysis.
  • End-to-end management of the Email Marketing Program. This includes creating, optimizing and aligning email campaigns with key brand messaging, developing key segmentations for a more targeted and personalized email marketing approach, developing automated email journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, testing and tweaking email content as needed.
  • Monitor and report on the email marketing campaign results and outcomes. This will involve calculating return on investment (ROI) and tracking sales made through email marketing, in terms of items and spend.
  • End-to-end management of the Blog/Vlog Program, including developing the editorial calendar, assigning resource persons, assuring SEO compliance of all articles, as well as writing and proofreading of articles as needed in collaboration with freelance writers and content creators.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationship with freelance writers and content creators.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creatives teams to plan and develop content style and layout, and work closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of brand strategy and execution.
  • Continuously update content for Toby's Sports and runnr interactive walls using an in-house CMS.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Creative Writing, or any related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of content marketing experience
  • Proven experience in creating high-impact, unique email marketing campaigns and database management
  • Strong copywriting and copyediting skills
  • Background in Mailjet/Mailchimp and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Strong oral and written skills in both English and Filipino
  • Experience in the sports, fitness, recreation industry preferred but not necessary
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently
  • Ability to marshal resources (people, funding, material, support) to get things done; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Must be able to multi-task/problem solve and possess strong project management skills; strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Project Management – leading multiple projects effectively and simultaneously.
