Key Account Specialist

- The primary responsibility is to land actual sales of the Company's product. Must have a clear understanding and knowledge of the product being sold by the Company. Achieve Sales Target and Build Relationship with Current and Prospective Clients. Must possess strong analytical and cognitive thinking. Understand current market situation and be able to adapt fast processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as point of contact for clients with queries about our product.
- Continuously prospects to develop new clients, which includes expanding existing relationships and products of assigned accounts.
- Negotiate and to close deals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales target.
- Implements sales strategies to support the department goals.
- Check and Finalize Sales Quotation and do corrective action efficiently.
- Collaborates regularly to our clients to provide support and ensure business continuity.
- Preparing and Monitoring of Weekly and Monthly sales and other necessary reports.
- Creates and sends Sales Quotation to clients in order to support and finalize the sales.
- Conduct Client visits for possible Sales Opportunities and address Client Concerns
- Secure list of requirements for clients' accreditation / requirements.
- Assesses customer's current and potential needs like determining appropriate products and solutions.
- Builds good and solid customer relationships through strategic.
- Handle complaints or objections related to our products and services.
- Maintain and update general database of clients.
- Ensures all assigned sales administrative records and archives are monitored to maintain data integrity.
- Performs other related functions as deemed necessary assigned to him/her by the company officials from time to time.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Background
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate
- Preferably related courses B.S Engineering / Architecture / Business & Marketing.
- Licensed an advantage but not a must.
- Years of Related Experience
- With at least three-years of relevant working experience in the construction industry with varying roles (sales, marketing, technical and business development), preferably in construction chemicals. Managerial/Mid managerial/Supervisory level, with proven experience in leading and managing a diverse group.
- Preferably exposure to construction, retail, commercial and government projects.
- Knowledge / Skills / Technical Competencies
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Proven experience in leading & managing people
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MOffice
- Extensive knowledge and connections in the industry
- Effective communicator
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
