Job Summary:
  • We're seeking a dynamic Key Account Specialist to drive actual sales of our company's products. Your primary focus will be on understanding our product portfolio thoroughly, meeting sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships. You'll need sharp analytical skills to navigate market dynamics efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding our products.
  • Continuously prospect to cultivate new client relationships, including expanding existing accounts and product lines.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with departmental goals.
  • Review and finalize sales quotations efficiently, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure business continuity.
  • Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly sales reports as required.
  • Conduct client visits to explore sales opportunities and address concerns.
  • Obtain and fulfill clients' accreditation and documentation requirements.
  • Assess customers' current and future needs to recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Build solid customer relationships through strategic engagement.
  • Address complaints or objections related to our products and services.
  • Maintain and update the general database of clients.
  • Ensure the integrity of all assigned sales administrative records and archives.
  • Perform other related functions as assigned by company officials.

Minimum Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably in B.S Engineering, Architecture, Business & Marketing.
  • Licensing is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in construction chemicals, with varying roles (sales, marketing, technical, and business development).
  • Managerial/mid-managerial/supervisory experience, with proven leadership skills.
  • Exposure to construction, retail, commercial, and government projects preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Extensive knowledge and connections in the industry.
  • Effective communicator.

Job Type:
  • Full-time.

Salary:
  • Php25, Php35,000.00 per month.
