Architects (Information & Communication Technology)

• 5 years of Solution Architecture experience and prior to this practical experience of enterprise application development and/or third-line operational support.
• Experience in creating designs at all levels of abstraction and working with teams to implement.
• Experience of working as an Enterprise Architect, ideally in a global organization, is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of various Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid SDLC processes.
• Must have experience of ERP and/or CRM applications, ideally both. Experience of working with multiple heavily integrated systems is a bonus.
• Worked in global setting dealing with multi-discipline teams in multiple time zones.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills with ability to document implementations and influence senior managers, project teams, and suppliers.
• An understanding of Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman would be useful but not essential.
• Experience with UML and/or Architecture modeling tool
• Experience with business architecture & business capability models
