Job Description:


We are currently seeking a meticulous Billing and Collection Assistant to help our finance team handle billing tasks and recover overdue payments from clients.

The perfect candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to ensure prompt payments.

Working closely with project managers and finance staff, the Billing and Collection Assistant will optimize billing procedures and guarantee precise financial reporting.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send accurate and timely invoices to clients based on project milestones and agreements.
  • Keep track of accounts receivable aging and pursue unpaid invoices to secure timely payments.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve billing discrepancies, and negotiate payment plans.
  • Maintain precise records of billing and collection actions, including payment histories.
  • Collaborate with project managers and accountants to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Aid in generating monthly financial reports concerning billing and collections.
  • Uphold company credit policies and procedures.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance billing processes and increase collection effectiveness.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the finance department when required.
