Job Summary

  • The Business Development and Operations Manager will be directly responsible for generating new business from new clients as well as aid in handling and offering new services to existing clients. He will also be responsible for the smooth operations of existing and potential KALP yards through the management of operations staff at K Line Auto Solutions (KLAS). He will also be in close contact with KLAS finance team to be able to ensure efficiencies in the company's financial aspect. He will be reporting directly to the KLAS General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for K Line Auto Solutions (KLAS) in line with its yearly budgets and programs
  • Monitor market and industry trends to identify and act on opportunities and threats
  • Participate in RMI business development initiatives and meetings
  • Oversee work and monitor deliverables and KPIs of operations staff at KLAS
  • Suggest and implement new systems and processes that will improve opera5ons at KLAS
  • Meet with KALP management/KLAS general manager, finance, and operations teams regularly to align with operational, financial and sales targets of the company
  • Provide support as a service partner to K Line Auto Logis5cs Philippines (KALP) and its customers requirements and ensure KPIs are met
  • Other tasks that management deem necessary in fulfillment of the job

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
