About the role


Pacific Links Golf Development Inc. is looking for a full-time Warehouse Staff / Timekeeper to join our team in Cabuyao City Laguna. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management and maintaining accurate time and attendance records for our employees.

What you'll be doing

Receive, inspect, store and distribute inventory items in the warehouseMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse transactionsConduct regular stock takes and identify any discrepanciesOperate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacksMonitor and report on warehouse performance metricsManage the time and attendance system, including processing timesheets and payroll dataAssist with other administrative tasks as requiredWhat we're looking forMinimum 1 years' experience in a warehouse or inventory management roleStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient in using inventory management and time tracking softwareAbility to operate material handling equipment safely and efficientlyExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentWhat we offer
