This is a full-time position.Hours are normally Tuesday- Saturday, 6 am to 3 pmThe company provides work-from-home equipmentHMOVacation and Sick LeaveJob Responsibilities and Duties:Assist in creating monthly and year-end Financial Statements, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, etc.Help analyze financial information to help evaluate past and future financial performance.Build cash flow analysis reports.Bookkeeping for multiple clients. Maintain daily transaction, reconciliation, and periodic adjustment logs.Assist in recording all related general accounting activities such as accruals, amortization, payroll services, and reserves.Prepare budgets and variance analysis reports.Assist in processing AP and AR transactionsPrepare Aging of AccountsData Entry and file maintenanceDocument workflows to identify and assure appropriate internal controls over financial reportingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accountingThree (3) years or more of general accounting experienceExperience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, etc.)Strong technical accounting foundationsAdvanced Excel skills and the ability to work with lookups and pivot tablesStrong organizational, commercial, and business awareness, analytical and excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills.Meticulous, organized, and detail-orientedMust have good internet and a quiet work area at home
