Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and meetings with vendors to ensure service quality and adherence to terms.
2. Contract Negotiation and Management:

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to ensure favorable conditions for the company.
• Review and manage vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate with legal and procurement teams during contract development and approval processes.
1. Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendors to measure performance and service quality.

• Conduct periodic assessments and audits of vendor performance.

• Identify areas for improvement and work with vendors to implement corrective actions.
2. Strategic Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and implement vendor management strategies to support business objectives.

• Analyze market trends and vendor performance data to make informed decisions.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on analysis of vendor performance and market conditions.
3. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with internal departments, including procurement, finance, and operations, to align vendor management activities with business needs.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Address any conflicts or issues that arise between vendors and internal departments.
4.Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks related to vendor performance and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure all vendors comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Maintain up-to-date records of vendor certifications and compliance documents.
5. Budget and Cost Management:

• Monitor and manage budgets related to vendor contracts and expenditures.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate better terms with vendors to achieve cost-efficiency.

• Track and report on cost variances and financial performance related to vendor management.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a
related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or a similar role.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using vendor management software and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in vendor management.

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
