What you will do:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, guiding them in sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality candidates to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, and develop strategic recruitment plans to meet those needs.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels.
  • Oversea the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition creation to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment processes, making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to leverage additional resources for candidate acquisition.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and desirability as an employer of choice.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes, ensuring a fair and unbiased approach to candidate evaluation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless transitions from recruitment to onboarding, facilitating a smooth candidate journey.
  • Others: Expected to take on various cross-functional HR responsibilities and tasks as assigned, adapt and align with the evolving needs of the organization and the demands of the role.

What we need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Years of progressive experience (6-7 years lead) in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruitment strategy development and team leadership.
  • Experience in hospitality and casino resort industry is an advantage.
  • Proven experience leading a team of recruiters and sourcing professionals, managing their performance, and fostering their professional growth.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment methods, including sourcing, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software for efficient recruitment management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-backed decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledgeable of legal and ethical considerations in recruitment, including equal opportunity employment regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Passion for staying current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
