  • Collaborating closely with the Business Development Director, the Marketing Head, and the leaders of MHI's Operating companies, including their sales and account management teams, to screen, strategize, and package all new business opportunities, and to submit winning bid proposals.
  • Overseeing the reporting and analysis of sales and business development performance for MHI's operating companies throughout the new business process
  • Identify and explore all networking opportunities, including participation in trade associations, shows and events, to build relationships and increase visibility within target markets.
  • Identify emerging practice opportunities within the manpower deployment, aviation, catering, logistics, and warehousing landscape.
  • Provide leadership and guidance by working with the different BD and sales teams within the MHI group to identify specific behaviors, knowledge, and skill areas for focus and evaluation for the development of the Sales and Account Managers.
  • Demonstrates skills in collaboration with cross-functional teams and can solve complex problems

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management / Marketing or Communications.
  • Experience in a Business Development position, preferably in corporate setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-starter and nimble multi-tasker
  • Enthusiasm for B2B branding and marketing
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills
