ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Funds Management Lead, you will:

Transaction Processing:

  • Verify requests for funding or wallet adjustments
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing within agreed SLA
  • Reconcile end of day data and resolve variances
  • Provide updates on the status of the requests on appropriate and timely manner
  • Escalate discovered errors in process or systems timely
  • Communicate with business managers and merchants in resolving any matters with regards to their requests and perform reconciliation as necessary
  • Recommend or implement corrective actions or process improvements to prevent recurring or potential problems
  • Utilize relevant software available like smartsheet google workspace, microsoft excel and VBA macro and RPA to facilitate efficient fund management
  • Generate and analyze reports related to customer funds, highlighting trends and potential areas for improvement

Compliance:

Adhere to relevant policies, regulations, data privacy and compliance requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any accounting-related courses with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Analytical with medium to high level competence on the use of google sheets and microsoft excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions and maintaining records
  • Experience in improving processes, preferred
  • Strategic and collaborative
  • Resilient and can work independently
  • Highly reliable and can be trusted
  • Excellent communicator in both written and verbal scenarios
  • Ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve common goals
  • Adaptable and has ability to work in an agile set up and a fast-paced working environment
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
