Job Description

Partnership Management

  • Responsible for establishing and building relationships with potential and/or existing partners.
  • Pitch the value proposition, assess opportunities for synergies, craft proposal, negotiate partnership terms and close a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Develop success plans and execute initiatives to achieve both partner and company's goals
  • Regularly track and report on key metrics to ensure partnership success
  • Serve as the main liaison between key strategic partner and internal teams
  • Manage relationships with partners, ensure continued collaboration, and mitigate any potential issue
Sales/Growth Management
  • Deliver required Sales target/plan in terms of new policy count
  • Responsible for turning committed plans into reality - from planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing
  • Develop strategies and business plans with partners and execute against metrics and milestones to drive user growth
  • Regularly track and report key sales performance metrics and drive actions towards meeting business targets
  • Work with Campaigns, Marketing, and Sales Support teams in conceptualizing, executing, and managing acquisition campaigns/initiatives
  • Identify further areas of opportunity for growth and driving new value propositions
  • Utilize analytics and draw insights to initiate, recalibrate, or optimize initiatives to deliver desired results
  • Report on key sales performance indicators regularly and drive actions towards meeting business targets
  • Work closely with partners to maximize customer awareness and increase number of customers accessing our distribution platform

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or Marketing Management or related courses
  • Has 3-5 years working experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, Relationship Management, Sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, Growth Management, or Campaign Management, preferably with exposure in technology and innovation for industries such as Banking and Finance, Insurance, Telecommunication, Service delivery apps
  • Insurance knowledge is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional (e.g. product, sales, strategy, marketing) teams and negotiate effectively with C-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with a partner's C-level executives to present the company's strategy
  • Experience in managing sales cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven, analytical and solutions-oriented: Must be able to ask the ask the right questions, draw actionable insights, and drive solutions
  • Stakeholder Management: Must be collaborative and able to manage and influence various stakeholders across different functions and partners.
  • Flexible and quick to pivot. Must be highly adaptable to changing business needs and priorities, with the ability to and work under pressure.
  • Self-starter: Must be able to initiate, own and deliver tasks proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for sales and achieving results
  • Open to working in a start-up environment, set-up things from scratch and learn how to do thing better as we grow together
