Our client is seeking a dedicated Process Improvement Manager. This role offers the opportunity to oversee and optimise the implementation and use of internal systems, processes, and operations across various business segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Systems and Operations department, ensuring efficiency and overall successful performance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has background in restaurants.

What you'll do:

As a Process Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Systems & Operations department. You will lead your team in maximising each assigned project, ensuring that all related systems are used efficiently. Your role as master systems administrator will involve onboarding new systems, implementing policies for their proper use by various departments. You will monitor KPIs closely to identify opportunities for improvement without compromising customer experience. Your strategic decision-making skills will be crucial in enhancing operational systems and processes within the company.

  • Lead and manage personnel in the Systems & Operations department, supervising and assigning projects and tasks
  • Ensure efficient and effective use of systems, software, equipment, data, reports, and technology solutions in support of various business processes
  • Act as master systems administrator and troubleshooter
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining quality standards
  • Make strategic decisions with the aid of upper management that will enhance operational systems and processes within the Company
  • Oversee and optimise internal systems, processes, and operations
  • Manage the Systems and Operations department
  • Drive efficiency, profitability, and overall successful performance

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Process Improvement Manager position brings a wealth of knowledge from a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering or Business Management. Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems would be highly beneficial. You should have strong database management skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software. Your leadership abilities should be well-honed from at least four years of work experience. Above all else, we're looking for someone who can bring their commitment to operational excellence to our team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred
  • Strong database management and analysis skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and similar spreadsheet software
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • At least 4+ years working experience preferred
