Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)

The role is responsible for managing aspects related to company systems and processes, task tracking and customer service standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Systems and Process Management:

  • Develop and maintain robust systems and processes to optimize organizational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Regularly review existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards by monitoring and updating internal controls as needed

2. Task Tracking:

  • Conduct regular tracking of task targets to assess compliance, timeliness, and mitigate potential issues
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any delays and issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain high standards for customer service delivery across all departments
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide guidance and support to frontline staff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a focus on systems and process management, task audit and control, and/or customer service
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong ability to break down complex systems to simple steps and methodically measure and monitor those steps
  • Goal oriented, output driven, organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing and implementing programs and conducting internal audits
