Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategy Execution Support: Contribute to customer-driven solutions and organizational welfare, providing research and analytical support.
  • Decision-Making Inputs: Offer insights and data analysis to assist the CEO and executive team in making informed decisions.
  • Prioritization and Assessment: Help in evaluating and prioritizing tasks within key areas, aligning with organizational strategies.
  • Partnership and Support: Collaborate with various teams to provide support and contribute to strategic imperatives, focusing on achievable entry-level tasks.
  • Program Management: Assist in managing internal business partnerships and related workstreams, focusing on coordination and support roles.
  • Business Presentation Skills: Develop and present clear, concise business presentations under guidance.
  • Change Management Awareness: Understand and support change management initiatives, learning from experienced team members.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Demonstrate ability to grasp and contribute to conceptual discussions.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Management or Business Administration
  • Years of Work Experience: 1-3 years work experience
  • Work Background / Experience: FinTech, Technology, Financial Services, eCommerce experience preferred but not required
  • Level of Knowledge: Business Opportunities Development, Business Presentation Delivery, Business Risk Management, Change Management, Data Analysis and Interpretation, Data and Information Visualization, Design Thinking Practice, Market Research, Program & Project Management
  • Skills and Functional Competencies: Excellent presentation and communication skills, Conceptual and Critical Thinking, Narrative Design, Systems Thinking, Business Acumen
