What this job involves:

Passion for real estate

Do you live and breathe real estate? After understanding your prospects' real estate needs, you will take the lead in arranging their viewing schedules, analyzing the pros and cons of respective options, advising them the best negotiation strategies and seeing those strategies through to ensure maximum results. We work closely with other departments (such as the Research department) in the organization in the Philippines as well as other countries to put together market analysis therefore you are in the best place to learn about the movements of the real estate market.

Negotiating for the best deal

Are you confident about your numbers skills? You will need to perform financial analysis and conduct due diligence in order to convince your prospects of your case. Your advice can help them to make a decision between renewing or relocating and the real estate option they choose eventually. Such decisions will shape the real estate footprint of your prospects.

While you will be required to work independently while chasing your own leads, we work closely within the Office Leasing Advisory team to service international clients with huge occupancy needs. You can learn from the best brokers in the industry and pick up the negotiation skills required to be influential to your clients' occupancy needs in the long run.

Great communicator

Can you put your ideas across to your clients clearly both verbally and in writing? JLL is the leading real estate solutions provider therefore we pride ourselves to be able to present our proposed commercial spaces and negotiated terms clearly to the various stakeholders within our clients' organization. Excellent communication skill is imperative in this case and you will need to manage your schedule well in order to juggle your existing tenants as well as sourcing for new ones.

Excellent personality

You will be the main point of contact for key clients, building and nurturing relationships to understand their leasing requirements and provide them with expert guidance and advice.

Strategist

You will provide strategic advice and support in lease negotiations, ensuring that clients' interests are protected, lease terms are favorable, and rental rates are competitive. You will take part in creating and presenting lease proposals to potential tenants and landlords.
