Job Description
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with channel partners.
  • Provide training and support to partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the channel.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure partners are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the channel sales model.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on partner performance.
  • Assist partners with marketing and promotional activities.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement partner incentive programs.
  • Manage partner onboarding and training processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to partners.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in Marketing, Sales, Account and Channel Management
  • Experience in computer or gaming products sales and distribution
  • Proven track record of successful network management
  • Strong understanding of channel account management

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30 with travel as needed
